It was their fault, it's been off since Wednesday!

I've been on the phone every day since. Today I wanted to cancel my contract with them and it was back on in 10 minutes

You're not wrong, all my neighbours went down at the same time and were back on the next day. Trying to explain that to some robot in an Indian call centre is...very frustrating
