This item i found near a compact and i was wondering what it is? And what was it use for, and if there was more on there that was important, i appreciate the help thanks, heres a pic of compact and it says hollywood too

Considering it says, "Hollywood" on it, I assume it is somehow related to the compact. Perhaps a different product from the company, broken though.
