I found a Skelton key and harmonica reed right by this item. It looks like a pen cap too me. The open end is threaded and there is a narrow slit in it. Anyone know what it is or from?

It looks a little heavy duty to be a pen cap.

What kind of metal? May we see the open end?

Possibly from a vintage antenna of some kind? :dontknow:

looks like a handle from a scythe. Like about a 5 ft length of wood with a long blade at the bottom end and 2 handles for hanging onto. You make a sweeping motion and used for cutting hay, long grass. With a brush blade on can be used for cutting willows. I hope someone here gets my drift. LOL
