I'd say a modern stone or composite material tiger. Likely materials would be composite, soapstone and theoretically jade. Cool piece of art.

It's a feng shui lucky bamboo planter. Fill with water and place a stalk or 2 of bamboo in the hole. I have one that is a flamingo.

The hole looks to be about 1/2" to 3/4" so I would say it's a Panther candle holder.
Can't find a match, but this will give you an Idea.
