(1) start the dig with a bunch of keys

(2) add some molten brass & a horsie buckle


(3) find a hinged dunno , 1 1/4" long


(4) git yo seff some fine SILVER


now, that, Bunky---- is the key to a good hunt

thanks, Toe & Prof.----- this one had me scratching more than just my head.

today was a skunk--- 2 clad FDR's, part of an old spoon, a pistol roundball & lots of BIG DEEP iron

an update to the friday post: as I rolled up on the field, the landowner of the adjacent field asked if I was finding any goodies. showed him the Barber dime and the Barber qtr. I dug in Rifton, NY a week ago. he was so impressed we exchanged 35 cents for a $20 and a $10 bill.

thirty bucks for thirty five cents,----- that's a fair deal..... RIGHT----

OH, and those 2 clad dimes made it $30.20 for the day
