What is the Value of a used E-Trac?

Hello All,
I'm thinking about up grading to the CTX but I know it's kinda pricey. I can only do this if I sale my E-trac. It is 4 years old, works like new and will come with a stock coil, 6x8 dd coil and lower shaft also a 10x15 dd coil with lower shaft. Can you guys tell me what the fair market price would be?

I dont think any number is a complete answer.I saw one on craigslist this week couple extra coils 2 batteries etrac book headphones original manual all looked like brand new for 850. Seemed like too good of a price to me.I have seen other used ones that range between 900 and 1300.Personally I wouldnt pay 1300 used Id spend extra and get new at that price. 900 to 1100 is average of what Ive seen

Thanks Slink, This is my starting point. I haven't checked any online (ebay/craigslist) venues yet. I don't even know what they sale for new these days. I wondered if the price dropped any since the CTX 3030 is on the market now.

Paid $1000 for mine (complete, orig. pkg and included a band new/unused Garrett Pro Pointer). Works fine and wouldn't trade it at this pt.

Agreed. I see them go from $700 to $1100. All depends on the shape and condition. Good pictures really help sales.
