What is this inlaid stuff on rings called?

Bout to put up my 24 Israel rings and pendants, but want to make sure I list them correctly. Bought all this stuff for ~$400 a week or two ago. Hoping to sell it all for $1,000+ and make $600+. Anyone know what this would be called? Thanks
