Found a bunch of stuff today including a tootsie car and pristine dog tag from 1964.

2 metal things is what I am wondering about, the aluminum looking one I'm thinking lawn mower pulley maybe ?
The other metal piece might be lawn mower related as well, hard to tell. Looks like possibly a little primer button which has a patent number on it.
