I'm not sure if this is a stupid question or not but there's no value on it and no date! Can someone please tell me what kind of coin this is thanks!!

Looks like a Mint Set Token...

If you buy a mint or proof set from the U.S. mint there will be one of these in the package as proof of authenticity. Philadelphia is the mint of origin in your case.

I have about at least 10 of them though they were found as a set each one from a different state!

There aren't 10 different U.S. mints so you must have some duplicates.
