You're not passing out much information. What is the size? It looks bisque, is it? Does it have incised markings at the base of the neck or back? What do hands and feet look like? Ball joints, construction details, are always good things to know...
Is this going to be a dialogue, where you make replies? I think she's German, based on very scant information.
