What kind of machine did I have?

I was just thinkin of an old machine my dad left behind when my parents got divorced. I remember it had 2 coils with it. I wanna say it was a gold colored machine with red coils, or maybe it was the other way around... it was 30 years ago. Thanks for any help.

Here is an early D-Tex that kinda fits the description, although it's probably about 1970 or earlier.
