What kind of script it is and meaning of these inscription please

Dear friends i found these scripts in ancient site "massagat" presently apart of Pakistan province KhyberPakhtunkhwa district lower dir.

Yes sir i found these inscription and crafted art in a muslim grave yard. And i know pashto language but its not pashto inscription.
