I was in New Mexico and it caught my eye I picked it up , looks like a crystal ? but it has like this pinkish rock in it and also it cuts glass , I’m just wondering if anyone knows what this could be? And when I put like to it you can see pretty good in the rock even worse so much that pink rock is also , there’s a little black color rock in it.

Well, it's definitely quartz but, although there are some pinkish areas, it looks to be mostly orange if the colour in the pictures is an accurate rendition. Usually that's termed "tangerine quartz" in the rock & gem world, although yours is not gem quality.

Rose quartz has a pale pink to rose-red hue, with the colouration derived from traces of titanium, manganese or iron. Orange hues are due to iron oxide impurities such that a 'massive' deposit might contain gradations of both colours (and/or other colours too).
