yep, the little prick watched me walk in the bank, was in less than 2 minutes, came out and BAM....he got me good, it was like a slap in the face. The best part is, I paid a parking ticket I got about 8 months ago the night before I got this one. I just can't stay away from those darn things.

How much was the ticket? Was it the Handicap spot? Those tend to be a lot.
