What program do you use to overlay?

I have been using google earth but I would like to overlay some maps with current topo maps I have. i use Garmin Mapquest topos and National geographic topos. Any software that will work good to overlay? I don't think eiather of the topo programs will allow overlays. Any advice?

Go to the old photos thread here at tnet and download the terra client software. It works great.

Ok I like the program. Kinda makes me think how stupid I was to buy all those topo software programs; however one thing the terra server doesn't do and that is to allow me to overlay MY maps (such as old topo maps) unto current map to see what has been lost over the years. Any other programs?
