✅ SOLVED What the heck did this go on

Dug in area of late 1800’s to early 1900’s home/farm site
5 1/2 in diameter by 1” , not heavy cast iron, but thicker than tin. Notice different size holes , one slot area and thinner curved cut out next to it.

What could it be?
