What would this be called?

The chain is only 2 inches long.
"c.r. to g.r" is 1/2 inch wide.
I see no Makers Marks.

Not quite sure what they are called.

I did a Google search for Victorian Era Collar Pins and found something similar.

They are very similar to hat or poppy pins but they look larger like an old tie pin. Note: they do come in many sizes as I just found out though.

Also, If you do a search on stick pins you will find many similar. It's very possible the chain has nothing to do with the pins and was put together that way.
