What year is this casing

Found this yesterday the research I've done says around 1896 but I was wondering if that's correct if not what year it might be

In 1886, the first cartridges appeared with the W.R.A. CO. .44 W.C.F. marking.

Im pretty sure W.R.A. C.O. was changed to just W.R.A. around 1930 So would be no later than that.

Ok thanks I also read that the primer had a w on it after 1896 to mark it as smokeless powder I don't see a w but then again is has been fired
