Fried diced potatoes and onions, with diced bratwurst and covered with shredded four cheese Mexican blend.

Just another one of those campground concoctions I came up with over the years. But man is it good!

yum, but nix those taters

omlette with bacon, cheese and mushrooms----just made buttermilk pancakes for the kid, slathered in butter and syrup. GAWD awful but she loves it every now and then.


low carb person here so I hardly ever eat bread, taters, bakery and all that mess.
