nice.....where can you get them Duff? ....are they limited runs?

yes thyre limited to about 250,000 pieces...culling the bad ones and fractures prob is figured to be about 2500 or so mibs...these were made at the plant by private investors under contract...the cost of the glass and aventurine and lutz is pretty expensive.....the gold lutz is $400.00 an ounce ....the 250,000 number is not extensive when you think that thats total for one day and when marbles were really beign made say in the 50S a plant could produce 2-4 million mibs in a day...i have contactcs for these runs ....let me know if youd like some....they go for about 10$ each..the more you buy the cheaper they get......they also have boxed sets for a nice price.,...

is that a typical box set you got there? or do you pick the ones you want in a box?....and how much does the box set run?.obviously i know nothing about buying marbles...but this sounds like an interesting opportunity......

the typical boxes of madyia and the jokers are wood and real nice the others.. peltier mansion and jabo tributes are cardboard with great graphics...you can search ebay under those names or i could p.m. contactcs...the prices vary but as you said a great investment...that set of 16 i put together and sells for $130.00......jabo did close for a couple months but theyre now runnig some industrials and these private runs are all done with private investors...

WOW ...some real beauties there...thanks for the heads up and the info Duffy...i think as soon as payday comes i might try and put a set together...love those jokers...and those oxbloods....one mor question can these be bought direct from jabo or are they only for the private contracts and we have to wait for them to show up at a premium on e-bay?
