Looks to have an art deco style to it, maybe after 1910-1920 period.

In your other thread about this I mentioned that I could read Sheffield on it, and now can see that it says Sheffield Co.
If you find more flatware show the whole item, as the top front is what pattern guides often show.
I believe this is your pattern from what I can see. The fancy bowl on yours is due to it being a sugar spoon, or similar.
