Went to a local4H center dating to the forties. Not much luck today. Did find this strange piece. First line....Bob stone? Second line....Norfolk third line....made in Belgium fourth line....illegible fifth line.....Iowa type and the last line....four point

I think ... think being the operative word here .. that it is a tag off of a roll of barb wire.

Don't know about all the other stuff on the tag, but "Iowa Type 4 Point" rang a bell, so I just googled that to confirm.
