Picked this up awhile ago and gave it to my wife. Could y'all more knowledgeable folks tell me more about it?

Did you check gold hallmarks? I can see the "750", but can't really make out the other marking. It is 18K gold, most likely from Europe. So the hallmark is most likely European as well. Good luck

It is probably the makers mark.
