Not sure, on storage wars the other night that in the early days, Your license was attached to your tag. So if you drove different car you had to change the tag......I'm just saying, Help anyone!

Vehicle registration, chauffeur's, taxi, and driver's licenses have, in the past, been issued as metal tags by many states and provinces.
