We are an eclectic group of individuals who love metal detecting. We hunt the Wichita area, including all towns in the vicinity. We meet on the first Sunday of every month from 3pm to 5pm at various city parks which are announced in advance on our web page -www.wheatstatetreasurehunters.wordpress.com.
Everyone is welcome. There are no fees, but we require that you love this hobby and that you can tell a joke or two. We have members who only just found out what a metal detector is and we have members who probably were around when the first metal detector was invented.
