✅ SOLVED Wheaties and a "what's it"

Hunted a 1950s era property this morning. I was hoping to find some silver goodies. All I found worth anything to me were three wheaties and a possibly a small bullet. Maybe a vintage toy bullet? I've never seen one of these, so a little help identifying will be appreciated. Good luck out there!
