When a CWR is not a CWR

I went to a different branch of my main bank and asked for any CWR that they had. My main branch knows what I mean. This branch said they had some and how many did I want, I took 10. I was at the drive thru and sent in the money and they sent out the rolls. There were 6 BWR, 2020's and 4 CWR but when I opened the CWR they were all 2020 Marsh Billings. Some CRHer must be dumping there after checking for W's I still had to check them since they may have missed one, but nope nothing

That is the worst CWR's of new quarters....

I find myself in the same situation sometimes. Some other CRH on your turf doesn't help searching, and yes, they may have missed something along the way.
