When do you dig??

I have an ACE 250 and was wondering when do you dig?When you get a strong signal 1 out of 3 swings? 2 out of 3? Or only dig when it tones every swing? I usually dig the 2 out of 3 signals but hate to miss anything. Curious on how everyone else that uses the ACE 250 treats the signals.

If I get a good ding side to side and back and forth , most
of the time its a good target ( with discrimation that is ) , one way dings in either direction are usually junk on my 250. I am totally stunned at the huge amount of coins ( although most are clad ) I have found in my own yard . 60 year old house. I have filled 2 large coffee cups with them . plus found a lot of other toys and whatzits
I use the tones a lot more than the graphic indicator. Once you learn the language on the Ace 250 you'll know when to dig

seems whenever my machine goes beep i have and overpowering urge to dig ....and i usually do, can't seem to help myself
