did a few roundups in Sweetwater yrs ago. Very friendly people there.

Recently attended a briefing on wind energy put on by Boone Pickens. He flew
into Pampa with the Land Commisioner and mayor of Sweetwater. Seem BP wants
to make our little town the Wind Energy Capitol. Mayor was there to tell us about
the "boom" in Sweetwater by another wind power company. Said it happened
overnight, no time to plan. Motel rates are like $200 a night. Might want to take
a tent along with you.
