Where's the silver at?

Still pounding the woods. Got a 1919 wheatie and a 1940 nickel...but still no silver here! Gotta be a merc or silver Washington in there at least!
Still pulling out a lot of paper shot shells. But I think I cleaned up the cans and pull tabs pretty good haha. Starting to dig choppy sigs now that I've cleared a lot of trash, hoping there's some on edge!
Maybe my wife needs to upgrade my Ace 350 too...hahaha

Nice site some old coins. Just a suggestion Ive used Garrett for a long time try slowing your swing down I did that and I noticed at spots Ive hunted a lot I started hearing a lot of faint dime signals I had missed and silver. The old silver coins will be much deeper My max will hit deep coins 10 to 12 inches easy but dimes are a little more faint and silver has a higher pitch then clad you can tell over years of detecting. My best spots for silver are on hills Ive found 90 percent of mine on hills Good look keep at it!!!!!!!!

Oh ya I totally agree! I go back to spots, slow down and dig those faint iffy ones. I usually only have 1 to 2 hours so I'll hit an area 2 to 3 times and it's always cool to keep pulling stuff out by slower swings and changing swing directions. There was bottles with caps today I was pulling out at least 12"

I'm feelin' your pain......been hitting permissions that have old relics and wheats, public spots that give wheats regularly......but, no older copper or silvers.

Yes that is my question too. I haven't found silver in awhile. I am also to the point where in my pounded areas I am digging low tones. You just never know.
