Which mode to use in sandy soil along coast? X-Terra Pro...

Any advice on what setting to use on my X-Terra Pro while detecting an old home site on a barrier island? (Eastern U.S. coast) I won’t be on the actual beach, but I’m sure the soil is very sandy underneath the turf since the house is a few blocks off the beach. Thanks!
