Not local but I am up that way every so often. My grandparents have a place on South Whidbey so I am usually on the island a few weekends throughout the year and maybe a week or two in the summer. Wish I made it up there more. My oldest silver coin (1883-S Morgan) is from Whidbey. It was never heavily populated but it has history dating back to the mid-1800s so you can find some really cool stuff.
