I went out to dig up all the rocks that have been pushing their way through the ozark soil.? Our driveway in the back of the house is like river rock.? I was walking past and out of the corner of my eye I saw something small and swirly.? I took two steps back and searched the area I thought I saw it, and there it was.? I would do that routine all the time when I was a kid and I would -constantly- find 4-leaf clovers (kind of annoying after awhile).? Soooo....yeah.? :)

((New pic in another post down there!))

WTG Snee.....I've always got my eyes open for such things when hunting river sites and such, really haven't come up with anything as cool. It kinda of looks like a petrified snail shell to me.......anyway its definitely cool.......

Re: While digging rocks...

You have a good eye, Snee. It kinda looks like bone to me, too.

I used to find 4 leaf clovers all the time when I was a kid, too. I even found 5, 6, and, yes, a 7 leaf clover one time. I think that trait is what makes us treasure hunters. Alway looking for treasures.

I would have to agree with the snail. Keep up the good work

Re: While digging rocks...

The rock itself is an inch longways. I scanned the back of it so you can see. Pretty sure its a snail.
