Whites GMZ vs Tesoro Vaquero has anyone compared these?

Just interested how these two compare. Were after an all metal machine with good depth, easy to use, to use on an archaeological dig in Greece. Was also looking at the Sierra Madre but have been told its very deep but more for larger objects. We hope to detect all objects even the very small ones. Thanks

The GMZ is designed for gold. It runs at 49 kHz and will not be a deep seeking machine. Of the two your V would do better in general hunting. But the GMZ would whip the V in finding small gold. You may also look at the Garrett ATpro, Whites M6, MXT and MXTpro.
