I'd like to hear what you feel is a fair market price for a TDi Pro with Grey Ghost headphones is worth. The unit and phones were only taken out to test in a yard and now the owner needs to sell the items. He figures since his other detectors are actually used the TDi would be more appealing. Long distance sale and I'm not wanting to take advantage of someone in need, just looking for a mutual price that helps both parties.

Thank you.

I sold one that was 4 months old for $1200 shipped with 1 Aussie mono coil and no headphones. It did include a control cover, original box and owners manual.

Thank you F88. Appreciate the comment. The one in question could be had for $1500 CDN shipped.

Did he register the warranty on it. I see machines that say full warranty remaining when in actuality most manufacturers state machines are to be registered within 30 days of original purchase date. Whites and Minelab are transferable.

It is probably not any problem to call whites and transfer it. I called on an mxt pro that I know was 2 years old but had never been registered. They gave me the full warranty on it from that day forward. Their customer service really is very good.

Wow good to know. Thanks.

I'm a bit on the fence cause winter has started and its a lot of money to have it sit for 4 months or so.

I just bought one from a guy on Ebay and he had only used it once or twice, not even a scratch on the bottom of the coil. paid $700 for it, and boy was I happy.

You got a deal and a half!

There's a few of them on ebay now............much lower price than 1500.
I was looking at getting one also....but decided on the Blisstool LTC64x v3 instead.

There are several plain TDI's and SL's but I don't see any TDI Pro's for less than $1550.

As an eBay Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
That is a good deal but not comfortable about not having warranty on a Pro. I would be much more comfortable with an out of warranty TDI SL because there are only 3 components that can be out of adjustment as opposed to something like 14 on the TDI-Pro.

A lot of relic hunters are selling these right now and switching to the Minelab GPXs with the recent price drop... watch around and you can find a deal on a TDI/TDI Pro/ TDI SL.

My dilemna is being a Cdn buyer. If i were to bring into Canada from the USA, its approx. double the price due to exchange rates, import fees and shipping costs.

$1000 US = $1395 CDN plus shipping and any import fees. (Must also be converted)

Lithium battery shipping is also an issue.

If the CDN buyer had said $1250 then i wouldn't hesitate but its not great timing and I can definitely find another down the road most likely.

I don't believe the Blisstool hype.

I want to see him walk around with it but not over the target. I could hear it falsing over to the side of the target. What goods 20" when its when your chasing ghost all day?

The Pro version or just TDI pulse?
