Whites v3i assembly questions?

Ok so v3i was here this evening. Got it assembled and there is two dome rubber pieces with sticky backs but nowhere in the instructions does it show where they go. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, roofer

Those go on the bottom of the control box up on the forward corners. Function is standoffs when resting the detector on a surface while laying it down.

The cubes go on the bottom
the two pads go on the arm rest

Also get your upper rod oriented correctly. I see many upside down.

I ran mine upside down for years. I noticed the s-rod on a friends MXT and thought his was wrong, DOH! It really didn't feel much different after the change.

I use an aftermarket detector stand, those two rubber bumps didn't do it for me

I saw 2 guys with big box TDI's with them upside down and had been hunting for 3 days with them this way. They were amazed at how much better they felt with rods turned around the correct way.
