Whites vx3 screen

Need help my vx3 screen goes blank after a few weeks minutes of use, have to remove battery pack and wait sometime before screen comes back on

The battery pack is fully charged
New AA batteries

I would call Whites and talk to Mary...

You might look at the battery connectors inside the machine. Sometimes the connectors get pushed forward and no longer make a good contact. The little prongs can be bent backwards to make a better connection to the battery. If that doesn't help call whites customer service and talk to Mary.

whatever you do , DO NOT TRY AND FIX IT YOURSELF ! WHITES will fix it if u you dont mess it up trying to yourself !
