MAHANOY CITY — Borough residents will have the chance Friday to get outside and give winter the boot by shouting “Hoodie-Hoo!”
The Schuylkill Regional Resource Center will host the 12th annual Hoodie-Hoo Day in the borough near its facility at 138 W. Centre St. with the help of senior citizens and students. Participants will wear funny hats, carry signs and dance and sing in the streets.
