Who is this artist? $3.93 paid

Anybody know who this artist is ? heavy frame and looks to be a watercolor or lithograph and paid $3.93

Any help would be great

Hate to disappoint you, but in my opinion that is a modern print of a painting...

Is the water mark on the glass or on the picture itself? Have you taken it out of the frame and checked the back of it to see if there is any more info there and if it is really a painting or a print?

I took it out of the frame and I see no pixels in any part of the image.. the M&D mark is on the picture and is the same color as some shading in the grass part of the pic.
The only bad thing about this pic is it looks like somebody mounted the pic on a piece of cardboard

Thanks Savant365 that's all I need to see to confirm the artist
I looks like his word doesn't sell for much but again I did buy it for the frame

Its definitely Fritz Brandal, and the name of the print is "The Forest Lane"

It is about 1/2 way down this page - lot 86
