who is this lady?

I feel like this must be some sort of trademark badge on a trunk or something. Made of brass, very very thin. Seems to be a woman in a long dress holding a candle. 4 rivet holes, no material left in any hole....found buried in the mud on the beach.

anyone familiar with her?
