Wierd Dime with a Pimple ???

This dime has a Pimple on it and the Lettering In God We Trust follows the Pimple up. The back side doesn't have a Dent, so I am guessing it was Made this way. Any Ideas?

Not made that way, someone heated it up until a bubble raised between the clad layers.
