??? williamson cleaner bullet????

Hello, dug this a couple of weeks ago, I thought it was interesting cause I've never seen a bullet shaped like this. After a few internet searches I'm thinking that it may be a Williamson type 3 cleaner bullet. Kind of odd that it's in northern Indiana.

Thanks Dave, it's my understanding that these bullets were discontinued shortly after the civil war because they were not as effective as they were first thought to be. could be a soldier brought it back when he was mustered out of the service. we'll never know.
