I have seen that several times. A friend that works on then told me that the brakes stick or can’t keep up and that causes the fire. Semi trailers catch fire from the same problem when an air line cracks and the brakes don’t release. I drive by 2 different ones every week and they both lost blades from this falls 60 mph gusts. There always broke,
Several years ago our electric company charged a flat fee to subsidies them. I don’t have the data in front of me but for the 3-5% of the power they provided, the cost to supply 100% of my electricity would have figured out to over $800 a month, atleast 4 times my ave. bill.
