Wireless Headphones don't seem to charge

I just received my New Garrett AT Max today. I say new bought was a discounted Unit that KellyCo had, it was discounted because they had used it as a Demo machine. Everything was in the box except the charger for the headphones. I tried to turn the headphones on and nothing. I had a charger from another electronic device with the same end so I tried to charge the headphones and no lights come on to indicate charging and after charging for a while they still won't turn on. I have contacted Garrett and Kellyco but it is after hours for both apparently.
