Wish it was a Diamond 😩

Found this silver ring today underneath the bleachers of a high school. First target of the hunt. Thought I had found my first diamond then I saw the 925 stamp 😢 ; going to get it tested just in case but I doubt it's a diamond. It's stamped 7 nvc on the other side. Anyone know what that means?
