I'm no expert but they are cast iron and if they lasted that good laying out in the woods, they won't be prone to bad rust now. I would just wire brush them off and if you want to, you can hit them with some flat black paint.

If you had a tub large enough i would lay all the parts in it, and cover with some white vinegar for a week. Knock it all off

They look pretty good to me. Wouldn't do much of anything to them beyond just wire brushing off some of the crud.
 

Possible wire brushing or some nice bead blasting, priming a black paint will make a nice show piece.:occasion14:
