got a another pestle, 2 diff parts of broken pestles, something that looks like maybe the end of a stone axe/celt?
a good size piece of pottery, a Madison, and a candy creek point(my guess of em)
and a few cool broken sections to ice the cake.

out of about 20- 5 gal buckets of dirt.
cant wait till daylight :)

Really like that acorn pestle. Are you finding the morters? The pestle is the hard item to find most times. Good seeing that stick incised pottery tree. You might get a whole pot out of those shelters. I am cheering for ya.

You are cleaning up tree, it's really interesting to see what's coming out of your shelter. Like Tn. said those mortars should be nearby I would think.

Im hoping to find them, there pestles were about 2-3 ft down in the dirt. Im looking at everything that I pull out but not found em yet.
