worked some gold out of the ground today!

I didn't have a great day to start off with. In the last 20 min though, I switched spots. Got a nickle reading and doug up a 10k gold wedding band. It was bent a little, but I repaired it on a wooden dowel with a wooden mallet. Thanks for reading this, sorry still no camera.

Great find...You might get a pretty good deal on a camera with a trade in at a pawn shop...Oh shoot, I didn't just say to trade in the gold ring did I...

Thanks for the responses, I did think I was going home almost empty handed again until the last min lucky find. The other finds I had that day were just clad and black powder musket ball,(small cal).
