Working on new low cost gold locator

A year or two ago I posted about a new design I had built. I used it for silver and went to a local park where I found a silver ring and some other silver items. I got two signal lines at one area and decided to check out the closer one first. I got a pinpoint and pull out my metal detector. I found a target less than one foot away from the pinpoint. I dug down and the first handful of dirt I pulled out a silver and turquoise ring. The other pinpoint I found nothing. Anyway after a couple times out I decided it wasn't working all that well. So I shelved it but brought it out from time to time in my yard with a practice target. I tried some improvements without much success. Then a while back I tried it a bit differently and it's been working consistently alongside the Eliminator e-120. So I still have a couple other ideas to try with the same new process. More later.
