Back in the 60's , Vietnam we took liberty in the Philippines.
I quickly learned that if a Filipino bought a fifth of American made whiskey for me it only cost me 50 centavos instead of $5.00 ,what it cost in the U.S.A.Maybe a little more.
They get to drink American whiskey at a very cheap price.
Is this how world trade works?
